So you call people out on being "Stupid"?

Regarding pictures and posts that are calling people out on being "Stupid"

Do you really think you are a better person because you say/post these things??????

To ME(IMO) it makes you look mean spirited and revengeful.

What ever happened to live and let live.. if you don't like them then stop putting your energy into them.

For in the end.. if you are still thinking of them enough to post this shit.. then they win!
And that is NOT stupid at all!!

Make a difference

Once upon a time, there was an old man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach every morning before he began his work. Early one morning, he was walking along the shore after a big storm had passed and found the vast beach littered with starfish as far as the eye could see, stretching in both directions.
Off in the distance, the old man noticed a small boy approaching. As the boy walked, he paused every so often and as he grew closer, the man could see that he was occasionally bending down to pick up an object and throw it into the sea. The boy came closer still and the man called out, “Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?”
The young boy paused, looked up, and replied “Throwing starfish into the ocean. The tide has washed them up onto the beach and they can’t return to the sea by themselves,” the youth replied. “When the sun gets high, they will die, unless I throw them back into the water.”
The old man replied, “But there must be tens of thousands of starfish on this beach. I’m afraid you won’t really be able to make much of a difference.”
The boy bent down, picked up yet another starfish and threw it as far as he could into the ocean. Then he turned, smiled and said, “It made a difference to that one!”

This Thanksgiving..

As you celebrate Thanksgiving with your friends/family take a moment to ponder how very fortunate we are here in Canada and the things in your life you take for granted..

**The ability to walk to the store without the threat of being bombed,
***Full access to clean water and nutritious food.
***Safe schools for our children to be educated.
**An Army that only accepts people after the age of 18 therefor not forcing our children to kill for their country.
**The RIGHT TO VOTE and decide who we want to lead our country. Decisions we can make from education and not fear!
** The ability to have the means to raise our children, perhaps we sit in poverty but even that is more than so many other children in the world.
*** Human trafficking not being the MAIN reason our children go missing!
*** The sun on your face, not clouded by smog that fills your lungs and smothers life.
*** Equal (ISH) opportunity for both genders
*** Recognition of non-traditional relationships.
*** Access to information via books, television/radio/Internet

We have so many things available to us that others across our world can't enjoy. Those in different lands are no different than we.. Simply humans with different circumstances.  Circumstances that could very well be ours!

Every time we whine about how much our lives suck think outside your bubble and thank the universe for providing YOU with all the things that make your life easy and peaceful.

Share your Gratitude as Things could be SO DIFFERENT for you and yours.

Happy thanksgiving Everyone..

Keep it real.. Keep you safe.

The smiles, tears and obvious excitement upon seeing your new installation is what fuels me!
You all make my world so much fun and help to teach me so much

I would not be able to be the CaMel I am without your contributions.
I am very grateful for our relationships.

Celebrating Brain Food!!

Today marks the end of summer for so many friends as they embark on continuing their education.
I wanted to share my joy in their return to their building by sending them a little note!!

Hey Brave knowledge obtainer!!

Congratulations to all the HuMans who have started their commitment  to feed their brains for another year.

May your experience be filled with joy, wonder and awe.

May you build relationships that feed your soul and gain knowledge that will help form the foundation of your life.

May your struggles to get to class, do your homework and poop in public get easier with every coming day.

Finally, I hope you help your ability to absorb by eating a little breakfast when you get up and may your lunches never be a letdown!

Three cheers for education..without it life is a challenge that can bring unnecessary blunders in all aspects of our existence!

When we stop learning our spirits wither.

When we recognize it we must work to fix it!!

"Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare."

I have many many visions but sadly until recently my "Action Motivator" was busted.. ish.
So i went to my Dr and told him of all the things I was experiencing and he gave me a test to see if I could have Grown up ADD.

After reviewing the test He promptly prescribed me Vyvanse, a medication that can help my focus and get up and go.

I used to beat myself up all the time because I wasn't doing things that I had planned or I felt tired all the time.

It is a great pleasure for me to now know there was something more to it then my being a lazy unfocused sloth! I am finding myself more focused and organized, more energy and the get up and go to do the things I have been thinking about forever!!

My point.. don't always think you can't change.. if there may be something wrong I suggest going to your Dr and being honest about your feelings and symptoms. Life is too short to not take care of ourselves.

We are the ONLY ones in charge of our happiness.. If we don't put the work into ourselves all that surround us are affected.

In my desire to present the best possible me to the world I needed to face my own "faults" and put in the work. It is hard at times but the rewards are totally worth the efforts.

Don't wast time.. We don't have that much!
